Owner, CEO

As a Development Engineer in the Energy Industry, Mike has a long history with additive manufacturing and mechanical design. He was a leading proponent of AM while working for a Fortune 500 company. Pioneering some of the first projects to use AM parts at the company for production components while also spearheading the adoption of the technology among other engineers within the organization. Mike also has been working directly with Tronix3D as a client and customer which brings a clear view to the team of what future customers need and expect in order to position Tronix3D as a leader in the AM market.

Owner, CTO

Building on years with his family contract engineering business, Jason set up and ran a high end composites consulting and fab shop in Pittsburgh, shifting with increasing demands from clients to contract design services. He has extensive experience matching materials and processes to designs and intent, reducing cost, complexity and barriers to production. Jason’s diverse design and engineering background includes vaccine and inoculation machinery, oil and gas equipment and mechanical design for the world's largest vertical farm. He has been educating clients in materials, manufacturing methods, and their limitations and advantages, as well as designing to them for years.

Design Engineer

Chip joined us with a strong background in design engineering. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Simulation in Design from the University of Pittsburgh, he is well-equipped to contribute to our projects. Chip's hands-on experience includes his time with the University of Pittsburgh FSAE and a role in the Siemens Energy Turbine Service Development Co-Op. His expertise in utilizing cutting-edge technology and software allows him to optimize designs for maximum efficiency and performance. Chip's collaborative approach to problem-solving and keen eye for detail make him a valuable asset to our team. We have already witnessed the positive impact he brings to our projects and look forward to seeing his continued contributions to our success.

Technician

Ken's skills and experience make him an integral member of our team. As a technician, he is responsible for ensuring that our printers are maintained to the highest standards. With previous experience in quality control and production management within the electrical manufacturing industry, Ken has a deep understanding of the importance of efficient processes and quality output. He also has hands-on experience working on high-end exotic cars. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills make him a valuable asset to our Team.

Technician / Digital Marketing Specialist

Ryan is the newest member of our team, who has joined us as a technician. His hands-on experience in various fields, such as commercial and industrial roofing, makes him an ideal fit for our team as a tech. In addition to his technical expertise, Ryan is also an expert in digital marketing. Our CEO was well-aware of Ryan's digital marketing experience and saw the opportunity to leverage his skills, making him an invaluable asset for our company. Ryan is already expanding his knowledge in the field of additive manufacturing by learning CAD for 3D printing. His dedication to learning and innovation further showcases his commitment to excellence.
