HP Multi jet Fusion

High-speed, production-grade 3D printing for parts that are built to perform.

High-Performance Parts, Made Easy

Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) is the go-to 3D printing process when you need functional prototypes or production-ready parts fast. With superior mechanical strength, fine feature resolution, and true design flexibility, MJF is ideal for everything from testing to low-volume manufacturing.
At Tronix3D, we use HP’s advanced MJF technology to help engineers and product teams produce detailed, durable parts without the delays or costs of traditional methods. Whether you’re iterating a new design or bridging to production, we make it easy to move forward with confidence.

How Does Multi Jet Fusion 3D Printing Work?

HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) uses a powder bed fusion process to build parts layer by layer with exceptional speed and accuracy. A fusing agent is selectively jetted onto a bed of nylon powder, followed by a detailing agent to enhance resolution. A high-powered infrared lamp then passes over each layer, fusing the material where needed.

This unique process allows for isotropic mechanical properties, fine detail, and excellent surface finish without the layering lines typical of other methods like FDM. Because there’s no need for support structures, MJF is ideal for complex geometries and nested parts, maximizing both design freedom and build efficiency.

At Tronix3D, we combine this technology with expert guidance to help you go from CAD to functional part fast, precise, and production-ready.

Benefits of MJF vs. Other 3D Printing Methods

Multi Jet Fusion stands out for its ability to produce high-quality, functional parts at scale without compromising on speed or detail.
