Manufacturing Terms & Quote Conditions
Accepting a quote for the manufacturing of a part constitutes acceptance of the Manufacturing Agreement by the Purchaser with Tronix3D.
Standard Manufacturing Terms
The following terms constitute the Manufacturing Agreement and apply between Tronix3D and a Purchaser with respect to any order, in the absence of custom manufacturing terms.
A. Shipment Estimates
Quotes will contain an estimated date of shipment calculated based on the input data. Shipment dates generated by the online ordering system are preliminary and do not bind Tronix3D. Estimated shipment dates are based on working conditions at the time the order is concluded and on timely delivery of materials. Delays outside Tronix3D’s control may extend shipment dates without liability.
B. Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise agreed, all sales are ex-works (Incoterms 2000). If alternative delivery is required, the Purchaser must contact Tronix3D. All related costs, taxes, duties, and charges shall be paid by the Purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
C. Limited Warranty and Remedy
For ten (10) business days following delivery, the Part will conform to the agreed specifications. The Purchaser’s exclusive remedy is, at Tronix3D’s option, either replacement of the non-conforming part or a refund upon return. Claims must be made within the warranty period.
D. AS IS Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated, all parts are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
E. Indemnification
The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tronix3D from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from breach of this agreement, regulatory violations, product liability claims, or intellectual property infringement.
F. Disclaimer of Certain Damages
Tronix3D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
G. Cap on Liability
Tronix3D’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by the Purchaser in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars ($100).
H. Payment Terms
Payments not received within agreed terms are subject to a five percent (5%) monthly late payment penalty. All purchase orders must be sent to

Additional Customer Notes and Quote Conditions
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that selected materials meet the requirements of their application.
- CNC machined part tolerances of ±0.005 inch (0.13 mm) are expected and generally achieved.
- Standard finishes include deburring through sanding or bead blasting and removal of support structures for additive parts.
- Estimated delivery dates are based on capacity at the time of quoting and are subject to change. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
